The Plan was developed by the Client there Insurance Broker SRG Corporate the insurer and Safety First. The financial rewards are based on meeting system implementation targets to comply with AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. Meeting their goal earned the company over $10,000 but more importantly their low injuries resulted in a windfall of tens of thousands of dollars, both this year and in future years.
